Swift Path Solutions — Professional Discussion Forum Terms and Conditions

Company Overview: Founded in Uganda in December 2019, Swift Path Solutions was established by three directors with deep expertise in Histo-technology, Clinical pathology, and distribution. Our core mission is to consistently provide much-needed supplies and technical dialogue to address unmet needs in the growing field of histopathology across the region.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or participating in the Swift Path Solutions Discussion Forum ("the Forum"), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are strictly prohibited from using or participating in the Forum. These terms apply to all registered members, contributors, guests, and administrative users.

2. Purpose of the Forum

The Swift Path Solutions Forum is designed as a professional collaborative space for medical laboratory professionals, histotechnologists, clinical pathologists, researchers, and healthcare stakeholders. The primary objective is to facilitate peer-to-peer knowledge exchange, discuss best practices in histopathology, share technical insights regarding laboratory supplies, and advance diagnostic capabilities within Uganda and the broader East African region.

3. User Eligibility and Professional Conduct

Participation in the Forum requires professional engagement and respectful communication. Users agree to the following standards of conduct:

• Professional Integrity: All statements, technical advice, or diagnostic observations shared must reflect professional standards. Misinformation regarding histopathology procedures or medical equipment is strictly prohibited.

• Respectful Discourse: Harassment, bullying, hate speech, defamatory remarks, or personal attacks against fellow participants, company staff, or external entities will result in immediate account suspension.

• Confidentiality and Patient Privacy: Users must never upload, share, or discuss personally identifiable patient information (PII) or protected health information (PHI) in compliance with medical ethics and Ugandan data protection laws.

4. Intellectual Property and Content Ownership

Users retain ownership of the original content, commentary, or research data they post on the Forum ("User Content"). However, by posting on the Forum, you grant Swift Path Solutions a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, display, reproduce, and distribute such content within the operational scope of the Forum and company educational initiatives.

All Swift Path Solutions branding, proprietary product documentation, logos, and official company publications remain the exclusive intellectual property of Swift Path Solutions.

5. Medical and Technical Disclaimer

Crucial Notice: Discussions, technical tips, and product comments on the Swift Path Solutions Forum are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute formal medical, clinical, or diagnostic advice. Swift Path Solutions accepts no liability for clinical outcomes, procedural errors, or regulatory non-compliance resulting from the application of peer discussions hosted on this platform.

6. Product Discussions and Commercial Guidelines

As a distributor of specialized histopathology supplies, Swift Path Solutions encourages constructive feedback regarding product performance, logistics, and supply chain needs. However, the Forum must not be used for:

• Unauthorized commercial advertising, spam, or promotion of competing commercial enterprises without prior written consent from Swift Path Solutions management.

• Posting unverified pricing claims or confidential contractual negotiations.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

Swift Path Solutions reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate any user account or restrict access to the Forum immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any violation of these Terms and Conditions or for any conduct deemed harmful to the community or the company's reputation.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these terms or participation in the Forum shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Kampala, Uganda.

9. Modifications to Terms

Swift Path Solutions reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the Forum following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those modified terms. Members are encouraged to review this page periodically.
