nDennis Tanji, fixing a broken microscope in one of our clientsnnnnnnMicroscopes can prove to be very expensive, they are a significant investment to any laboratory and proper care and maintenance of your microscope is paramount and can extend its life by many years.nnnnnnAt Swift Path Solutions, we are committed to offer our clients the best guidance and tips to properly care for your microscope and we sought to address this largely neglected area.nnnnnnSwift Path Solutions partnered with Tanji Consultants, one of the leading companies in the US and were able to have Mr. Dennis Tanji, a microscope expert with over 40 years of experience come to work hand in hand with the Swift path team through the month of November 2022.nnnnnnWe were able to clean, install, repair and service close to 60 microscopes in different institutions including CHS Makerere University Pathology Department, Pathology Services Mulago, LMK Laboratory, Makerere Histopathology laboratory, COVAB, Gorilla doctors, Women’s Specialists Hospital and Path Diagnostics laboratorynnnnnnWhile Dennis was around, we were also able to conduct a seminar on Improving Diagnostic Outcomes Through Microscope Management where we highlighted the importance of proper maintenance in ensuring that the final step in diagnosis is achieved.
