Beyond the  pursuit of availing quality inputs  to our clients, Swift Path Solutions has committed to periodically convene the Scientific Meetings for the Pathology fraternity in Uganda.One such meeting was held on the 5th of July 2023, where Swift Path Solutions hosted a scientific discussion under the theme, "Refining the H&E stain to establish Consistency, Reproductibility and improve Quality." This discussion brought together the histopathology fraternity who play an instrumental role in ensuring that diagnosis of disease is detected with accuracy. We were honoured to have Dr. Robert Lukande, MBChB, MMed, FCPath(ECSA), Senior Lecturer and Laboratory Director, Mulago National Referral Hospital who emphasized in his presentation how H&E is still "King", and the top process of staining. In addition, Miss Linda Cherepow, Certified Histotechnologist, Global Histology Consultants, explained more about how improper staining processes affect the result of the slides.

Once again, there was a presentation highlighting the handling and management of formalin that stressed the importance of proper disposal procedures. Swift Path Solutions was introduced their product, Neutralyze P formalin which helps in neutralizing the PH in formalin so as it is easily disposed without causing any effects to the environment.
